Event specialist the Village Screen is bringing a classic movie to the Abbeydale Picture House on Valentine’s Day.

The, quite frankly brilliant, 10 Things I Hate About You will be screened at the Grade II-listed venue on Thursday 14 February, with local band Kiziah and the Kings (check out their Exposed In Session here) kicking off proceedings with a live set in the car park beforehand.

There’ll be local street food vendors plus a pop up bar featuring themed cocktails, hot cider, hot chocolates, prosecco and local beers.

Doors open at 6:30pm with the film starting at 8:30pm. There is a minimum age of 12 for this event and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are priced at £15 for adults, £13 for concessions and £10 for children. Online booking fees apply.

Tickets go on sale on Thursday 17 January at 9am via thevillagegreenevents.co.
