Sheffield, get ready to raise your glass on Saturday 17 May 2025, as Steamworks (109-111 Randall St, Highfield, Sheffield S2 4SJ) hosts a brand-new Cocktail Festival, celebrating the best of Sheffield’s thriving drinks scene.
From 2 pm to 8 pm, enjoy an incredible line-up of 25 top bars and some of the biggest names in the drinks industry for a day packed with cocktails and creativity.
Discover a line-up of Sheffield cocktail slingers, including Public, Bench and Pearl – all named in the Top 50 Bars in the UK – plus favourites like Barrowboy, Picture House Social, Cubana, the city’s new Chocolate Bar from Bullion and more.
Sip on creative concoctions from global powerhouses such as Tanqueray No. Ten, Johnnie Walker, Bacardi, Casamigos, Havana Club, Monkey Shoulder, Absolut and more.
Even organiser, Dani Hill told Exposed: “We’re so excited to help showcase Sheffield’s incredible and ever-evolving drinks scene.
“With 25 venues coming together, this festival is a celebration of the city’s creativity and talent. It’s a chance to discover new favourites or revisit places you already love, while experiencing the best Sheffield has to offer.”
Whether you’re into spicy margaritas, fruity daiquiris or refreshing non-alcoholic creations, there’s something to please every palate – and it isn’t just about the drinks.
Indulge in mouth-watering food from local legends like Bench and Cowboy Burgers, with options for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike.
If cocktails aren’t your thing, there will also be pints from Guinness and Thornbridge, a curated selection of wines by Gills & Co, and non-alcoholic options from soft drinks partners Red Bull, Franklin & Sons, Seedlip, Everleaf, Guinness Zero and Thornbridge, including expertly crafted zero-proof cocktails.
As well as the food and drinks, there will also be live DJ sets, and masterclasses and demos from perfecting Bloody Marys to Espresso Martinis.
Tickets are available now (Christmas gift idea?!). A limited number of Early Bird tickets (includes two cocktail vouchers) and Early Bird T-Total tickets (includes three non-alcoholic cocktail vouchers) are available, priced at £20. Standard and T-Total tickets are priced at £25. VIP tickets, which include queue jump, three cocktail vouchers, a glass of champagne on arrival from Gills & Co and a goody bag, are priced at £45.
