We all secretly judge places on their loos, but one Twitter user has taken it to the next level by naming and shaming Sheffield’s worst bar and pub bogs, as well as rating their top places to spend a penny in the city.
No Sheffield establishment is safe from the scrutinous eye of @SheffieldWC, who passes their verdict using either #PleasuretoPee, #PassablePee or, the damning #PissPoor.
Some get glowing reviews, like The York.
Nice pub, good drinks selection and the food looks tasty. Love these toilets. Spotless @YorkSheffield #PleasureToPee #SheffieldIsSuper pic.twitter.com/ttWyJfkIZZ

While others fall short of their standards …like poor old Green Room.
Reluctant to review the @GreenRoomSheff
Love the place, great music, good drinks but the toilets are…#PissPoor #HoldIt #SheffieldIsSuper pic.twitter.com/ZpAqCCDnBr— Sheff Toilet Tweets (@SheffieldWC) May 21, 2017
Don't want to harp on but the graffiti wipes off with loo roll! Soapy water, paint & new toilet seats, all it needs! C'mon! @GreenRoomSheff pic.twitter.com/P5jPzPf4wM

And Wick at Both Ends’ sticky floor lets it down.
.@WickatBothEnds
Great staff & drinks. Not an unpleasant experience but the beautiful floor is always sticky! #PassablePee #sheffieldissuper pic.twitter.com/f1yfBQZGsQ— Sheff Toilet Tweets (@SheffieldWC) May 5, 2017
You’ve got to admit it’s a pretty professional job she’s doing, managing not to get anyone in the background. (We can assume they’re a she, given the lack of urinals).
Again, not sure about CCTV but it's steady @ForumSheffield #PleasureToPee #SheffieldIsSuper pic.twitter.com/eqxXqNiXUo

And it’s not just the cleanliness that decides if a loo makes the cut either. Sheffield Brewer gets top marks for paper provision.
Love @sheffieldbrewer
A pop up bar that's not open enough. I ask for more toilet paper and they provide???????? #PleasureToPee #sheffieldissuper pic.twitter.com/0Ny2Xswx9M— Sheff Toilet Tweets (@SheffieldWC) May 6, 2017
And The Fat Cat’s retro pull flush scores it some points.
Always busy, great drinks & beer garden. Facilities could do with a dust but who doesn't love a pull flush?! @Fatcat_S3 #SheffieldIsSuper pic.twitter.com/U74AU79S30

But their favourite bog in all of Sheffield? ….Brew Dog! Though it’s not quite up to cleanliness standards.
Favourite of all the toilets in Sheffield. In need of a good dust/clean though. Great drinks selection too! @BrewDogSheff #sheffieldissuper pic.twitter.com/LrJNmdK57s
