The Last Laugh Comedy Festival is back for another year of making Sheffield snigger with a stellar line up and all new additions.
The Last Laugh Comedy Club has been entertaining Sheffield for 25 years, and every year since 2005 it draws some of the biggest names in the UK to put on a side-splitting month of shows.
The multi-venue festival’s 12th anniversary will see comedy heavyweight Greg Davies performing his first stand up show in four years ‘You Magnificent Beast’ and Luisa Omielan will bringing her hit show ‘Am I Right Ladies!?’ for a one off special.
Among the other big names set to appear are ‘8 out of 10 Cats’ regular Jon Richardson, Canadian comic Tom Stade, and ‘Never Mind the Buzzcocks’ stars Simon Amstell and Phil Jupitus (performing separate shows, for anyone getting excited about a reunion).
Plus, this year you can find some family friendly punchlines with the new addition of First Laugh Kids Comedy Festival. Kid’s performers will include ‘Steve Royle’s crazy juggling show’ and kid’s comic Martin “BigPig” Moore, who parents may recognise from CBBC and Blue Peter.
Prices vary from £5 to £30 depending on the act and events run from September 26th to October 28th, find ticket info and full listings here.
