Rock N Roll Circus has announced that none other than Bryan Adams will headline the Friday night slot of its 2025 Sheffield edition at Don Valley.
With a career spanning over four decades, Adams has sold more than 100 million records worldwide and cemented his place in rock history with timeless anthems like ‘Summer of ’69’, ‘Heaven’ and ‘(Everything I Do) I Do It For You’.
Currently touring the globe on his Roll With The Punches tour, the Canadian rocker will bring his signature energy and chart-topping hits to the big top on Friday 29 August – the same day Roll With The Punches, his latest album, is released.

Ali O’Reilly, Festival Director, said: “Unfortunately, The Wombats will no longer be playing Friday 29 August, but we are delighted to announce an exciting new act so Friday can go ahead as planned.
“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Bryan Adams to Rock N Roll Circus. His catalogue of hits and legendary live performances are the stuff of rock folklore – fans are in for a real treat.”

Spotlight on the Friday line-up
Also appearing is Melanie C. As one fifth of the most successful girl group of all time, the Spice Girls, she helped define a generation. Her solo career is just as impressive: over 20 million records sold, No.1 hits like ‘Never Be the Same Again’ and ‘I Turn to You’, and recent albums that prove she’s still pushing boundaries. Expect bangers, nostalgia and top-tier vocals from a true pop icon.
Newton Faulkner, known for his percussive guitar style and unmistakable voice, also rolls into Sheffield. ‘Dream Catch Me’ and ‘Teardrop’ are festival favourites – and whether it’s an intimate ballad or a soaring anthem, his live show never misses.
Then there’s Cassyette, the alt-pop firecracker turning heads across the UK. Hailed by Kerrang! as “the future of rock”, she fuses punk, metal and pop into something totally her own. She’s supported My Chemical Romance, stormed major festival stages, and she’s just getting started.
