The first episode of Sheffield Wednesday podcast The Owl Sanctuary drops tomorrow (7 December) and features none other than Wednesday legend Chris Waddle.
The podcast is being hosted by Chris McClure and Pete McKee, with James O’Hara (Gatsby, Public etc…), Warp Films and Reverend and the Makers lending a hand in the background on the production team.
Owl Sanctuary is aiming to be a “haven of positive fandom, interviews and insights” with Wednesday legends past and present promised for the first series of episodes.

First up is former winger Chris Waddle who spent four years at the club between 1992 and 1996 and made over 100 appearances. Waddle went on to have a distinguished career in the game turning out for Newcastle, Tottenham and Marseille as well as making 62 appearances for England.
