Local indie legends The Sherlocks are set to play at Devonshire Green’s Euro fanzone for the England vs Netherlands semi-final this Wednesday.
The South Yorkshire band will play an acoustic headline set, along with the big game televised live.
A spokesperson for Fan City said: “We’re delighted to welcome one of the UK’s best bands to Fan City for this massive game. They will add a lot to our party atmosphere and I’m sure England football fans are in for a treat. Come on England.”

The Fan City event is the home of the Euros in Sheffield, welcoming thousands of fans so far and featuring South Yorkshire’s biggest outdoor screen and a huge food village.
Doors open at 3pm ahead of a 9pm kick-off this Wednesday 10th July.
