The Leadmill have announced three road closure events to round off Sheffield Freshers Week, bringing a return to the road block events over Tramlines weekend earlier in the summer.
The three separate events will take place on consecutive nights in September – ‘Club Tropicana’ on 26 September, ‘Everything Now’ on 27 September and ‘Sonic’ on 28 September.
During the weekend, Leadmill Road will be closed to make space for stalls from local food traders, street performers and an outdoor bar.
Promotions manager of Leadmill, Freya Gill-Stevens, says: “Having an extended outdoor area ensures people have space to move around, are able to get some air, and can get amazing street food all from inside the event.
“We’re pulling out all the stops to give everyone a Freshers’ Week to really remember!”
