Due to unprecedented demand, Skyline festival is moving to a new home in the heart of Neepsend. After five sold-out events in 2022, organisers are taking the event to a new level across multiple venues.
On Easter Sunday, the event takes over Peddler Warehouse, Factory Floor, The Parrot Club, Happy’s and Alder to put on the biggest day and night party the city has ever seen, with festival-level production including state-of-the-art lighting, sound and the finest talent in the city.
Organiser Phil McCue told Exposed: “We’ve been blown away by how much people have got behind Skyline. It’s a real testament to the incredible local talent that we have here in Sheffield that we’ve been able to grow the event to this level.”
Skyline’s Simon Tomlinson added: “Being able to showcase one of the best neighbourhoods in the UK with Skyline is something we’re really looking forward to – Kelham and Neepsend are home to some incredible venues and we’re extremely lucky to be able to put on a show that we hope will be unforgettable”
As well as the music, they’re also bringing down the visual architects behind Elrow, Creamfields and Boomtown to completely transform the venues.
The area was recently voted one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world with its ‘rich industrial heritage’ and ‘friendly community vibe’. Skyline is set to showcase everything that makes the area so vibrant!
