After already announcing massive performances from the likes of Eminem, Muse and Kasabian, Reading & Leeds Festival have recently added a new batch of names to their 2017 festival line-up, including British icon Liam Gallagher. The Manchester frontman will be playing a solo show as a UK festival exclusive, full of Oasis favourites and songs from his new solo record As You Were.
The list of 90+ artists recently announced include rising alt-rockers PVRIS, ahead of releasing their highly-anticipated second album. Their electro-infused rock anthems have been gaining them new fans since the release of their debut album, White Noise, in 2014.
Vince Staples, the latest act from Def Jam making a big splash in the hip-hop scene, will also make an appearance at the festivals. Since releasing his first album Summertime06 in 2015 the rapper from Long Beach, California, has been receiving many plaudits after working alongside the likes of Odd Future, ASAP Rocky and Kilo Kish.
Returning with a bang to the dance tents is drum n’ bass innovator Goldie making his 2017 comeback. His original 1995 LP Timeless still lives up to its name and will be aired alongside tracks from his upcoming record.
