Arctic Monkeys’ Alex Turner has been nominated for a prestigious Ivor Novello in the Best Song Musically and Lyrically category at this year’s awards.
The nomination is for ‘Four Out of Five’, the lead single from last year’s divisive Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino album. Monkeys will go up against I Ben Howard and Hozier the Best Song Musically and Lyrically category after winning an Ivor Novello in 2007 for their debut album.
