New restaurant Stew & Oyster is due to open its doors in Kelham Island on July 24th.
Kelham Island has long been notorious as the place to go for something a little different to the city centre, and now the area is becoming even more of a hub with constant renovation work and new additions. Keeping with the area’s sense of originality, Stew & Oyster is setting up home in the newly created Little Kelham, launching officially on July 24th. You might have already met Stew & Oyster in their other successful locations around Yorkshire and Kelham Island’s Ball Street Market, this will be the restaurant’s first permanent Sheffield venue. Described as somewhere “where the food is fresh, the bar staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed,” you can expect stew and oysters (of course), as well an array of craft beer. Winner.
