With Sheffield Beer Week looming closer, there’s so much to be getting excited for. We’ve composed a list of the best events of the week’s festivities to give you a hand in planning your ‘sick’ days accordingly. 


Friday 8th

Indie Beer Feast @ Abbeydale Picture House

Taking place on Friday (8th) and Saturday (9th), the Indie Beer Feast brings together the best breweries from the UK and beyond, as well as some incredible street food to boot. Look out for a special International Women’s Day tasting with Fem.Ale too.

 

Saturday 9th

The Art of Kelham Island Brewery (Talk) @ Kelham Island Brewery Event Space

The designer of some of Kelham Island Brewery’s most recognisable pumpclips Jim Connolly takes us through the creative process.

 

Sunday 10th

Fantome Brewery Showcase and Meet The Brewer @ The Rutland Arms

A showcase of the Belgian brewery’s highly rated keg beers and bottled tasting of Fantome’s new and classic beers.


Beer and Cheese Evening @ Ecclesall Ale Club

London’s Orbit Beers Brewery hosts a beer and cheese evening at the splendid Ale Club on Ecclesall Road.


Beer and Food Pairing Menu @ The Closed Shop

Nip up to Commonside boozer The Closed Shop for the start of a week-long beer and food pairing menu.


Monday 11th

Kelham Island Museum Exhibition @  The Millowners Arms

  An all-week open exhibition at Kelham Island Museum’s gallery pub. Check opening hours before heading down.


Out and About Launch @ Devonshire Cat

The Dev Cat and Rutland Arms join forces for the launch party of LGBTQ beer community group Out and About.

The People’s Photography Trail
