The Botanist Sheffield have added a new ‘build a brunch board’ to their breakfast menu.

Guests can tailor their brunch order to suit their morning mood choosing six items from six sections on the menu to make their unique brunch platter.

The idea behind the brunch board is that you can make your breakfast selection as hearty, guilty, healthy or naughty as you like.

There are 18 breakfast items on the new menu, meaning you could visit The Botanist every day for two years and never order the same brunch board.

Each board starts with a selection of eggs – Turkish, fried or scrambled tofu – and a hearty bowl of either bacon, vegan sausage, smoked mackerel pate. Diners can then pick a fruit or grain bowl or something from the bakery – toast, a croissant, or cornbread.

The last item in the breakfast selection is a mini juice boost. There are a variety of fresh fruity, flavours to choose from including lemon, orange, turmeric and ginger, and matcha, apple, cucumber, mint and lime.
