The former home Players Bar on Sheffield’s West Street has reopened as a new ball pit bar called ‘Billy Big Balls’.
The new bar, which has signage boasting, ‘BALL PIT, BEER PONG & BANGERS!’ opened on Saturday evening, making it Sheffield’s first ball pit where you won’t get funny looks for diving in headfirst.
It takes the place of Players, which had been a fixture in the city centre for 14 years, before announcing that it was calling last orders for the final time over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
One post said: “After 14 years we have decided to close our doors! We’ve had an amazing time and some of the best nights with all of you.”
