Since taking the decision to close The Bhaji Shop in Kelham Island, owner Matthew Holdsworth has been a busy man.
This Sunday (24 June) at Ball St Deli, Matt will be running a brand new pop up – East Coast Lobster, inspired by a recent visit to Bob at the Yorkshire Lobster Company in Scarborough.
Matt told Exposed: “I’m excited about the idea of working with local fresh produce straight off the boat and will be serving lobster rolls at Ball St Deli this Sunday.”
For now, East Coast Lobster will be attending various food events around Sheffield over the summer, keep an eye on Exposed Magazine for updates.
