West Street’s Bloo 88 has revealed a brand new pizza menu, adding in five vegan pizzas as well as a few tweaks to the classics.
Favourites like the legendary New Yorker are still on the revamped menu, with the Peking Duck tweaked slightly to include a touch of coconut sour cream.
Joining the classics on the menu is five new vegan pizzas, including the ‘Athena’ which combines humours (we’ve had assurances this is actually a reyt shout) spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado and lemon.
Another addition to the menu is the Figaro – a combination of sweet and savoury flavours. Garlic butter, mozzarella, ricotta, goats cheese, fresh figs, caramelised red onion, rocket and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. How about them apples?!
