For some being chased in the dark by bloodthirsty zombies sounds like a living nightmare. For others, it’s their idea of fun. If you fit in the latter category, this one’s for you.
The UK’s ultimate zombie survival experience has recently launched their second venue in Sheffield – The Factory 2.0. This time they’ve partnered up with Magna Steelworks Factory to bring you two hours of award-winning immersive entertainment.
2020 Synopsis:
‘Intelligence is reporting that the quarantine sector is no longer secure. The infected have been sighted around The Factory compound and the situation has to be dealt with urgently as civilians need to be taken off the streets & secured in this magnificent building, one of oldest steel factories in the world. Sheffield can’t afford to lose another safe haven.
‘An initial rapid response team, who were sent in yesterday, haven’t been heard from for over 24 hours. Their welfare is a major concern.’
You are being tasked to get your fellow uninfected safely into the safe haven of the old factory. This is a critical mission.
The cast get in character from the get-go so it’s important that you lot get in the zone too. One minute you’re laughing with your pal about how ridiculous it all is, the next you have a film realistic sfx zombie running at you full throttle.
There will be escape room type challenges to go with the intriguing story line above so make sure you work together as a team or you’ll find yourself crossing paths with some untrustworthy visitors…
You’ll be running through the eerie exhibitions in the dark but don’t worry, you’ll be armed with weapons take down the enemy with the option to upgrade your ammo with torches, lasers and sights.
Expect a tangle of flashing lights, stairwells, tunnels, walk ways, bunkers, science stations, even an indoor blimp! But most of all…expect the unexpected.
The “Zombie Infection Universe” has a number of exclusive, haunting and atmospheric locations across the UK. Think Marvel but with more blood and horror!
