Two free pop up Dr Bike events are heading to Park Hill as part of a national programme run by Cycling UK. The event follows their Fix-Learn-Ride model, supporting new and returning cyclists to have bikes checked so they can use them for travelling to work or for leisure.

Tom Mutton is an active member of the Sheffield cycling community, who applied to Cycling UK to hold Dr Bike sessions at Park Hill and across the city. He has been living in Phase 1 of Park Hill for 5 years and has been helping to improve cycling provision across the Park Hill site.

Tom will be part of a team of two bike mechanics on the Saturdays and will be located at the main entrance of Park Hill by the Sales Office. The public is asked to book their half hour bike health check session via email where the team can inspect the bike, make simple tweaks and repairs and advise on any further repairs required to make it safe and roadworthy.
