One of Sheffield’s favourite disco nights, known for their cartoon character mascot, Saul, will make their return to the Harley on March 10th with legendary DJ Nick the Record, off the back of a sell-out residents party earlier this week.
It’s over 25 years since Nick the Record first graced the turntables with his rare groove selections earning guest spots at DJ Harvey’s famed MOIST club whilst building a name for himself in the free party scene. Since then, he has become one of the most prolific record collectors and dealers in the world, spending much of his time in Japan. Here he has built up a loyal following earning a residency at the fabled Taico Club open air festival, playing alongside the likes of Chez Damier, DJ Koze and Ricardo Villalobos for over a decade.
Support comes from long time resident and co-Saul’s Sessions party starter Simian Funk. The campest of disco, city pop, funk and soul can be expected.
