After a short summer’s break from making noise in the Steel City, house and techno collective Decibel, return to Sheffield for another knees up on Friday 28th September.

After announcing the arrival of Magicwire head honcho, DJ and Producer, Lone, to Sheffield for the first time, have Decibel hit the ground running in 2018. Having booked headline acts from Mella Dee to Ejeca, to Seb Zito to Billy Turner in 2017, Decibel span much of the the underground dance music spectrum and are branching out once again with Lone.Lone has been in the scene for over 10 years, making movements with his record label and collective, Magicwire, as well as with the legendary R&S records. Lone’s diversity in music taste shines through his records, from his love for 90s hip-hop to his passion for hardcore warehouse beats. His music is abundant in nostalgia yet brimming with inventiveness.

Six months on from one of the best Essential Mixes of late times, and the bombshell of his recent EP, Ambivert Tools Volume Three, Lone is all set to tear the roof off the Harley. In addition to Decibel residents, the collective has also invited local duo, The Native Project to support Lone, whose recent releases such as ‘Connected’ on Jelly Red, complement Lone perfectly.
