Hot Yoga Sheffield are inviting you to try something completely different as they open their second studio on Edgedale Road, establishing a yoga community that they believe will help transform lives and achieve aspirations – body, mind and soul.
So what’s the difference between normal and hot yoga? Carried out in a room between 30-40 degrees, the idea is that you’ll sweat, a lot. This helps aid your muscles to flex deeper into the positions and therefore relieve stress.
The new studio will have its opening on Saturday 11th March with a day filled with hot yoga, kirtan and vegan food by the Wild Leaf Vegan Cafe. Experienced yogis and beginners are all welcome.
The new studio, situated just off Abbeydale Road, is bright and spacious – the perfect sanctuary to practice yoga. There are two yoga rooms which will offer a variety of hot yoga styles, suitable for all levels with classes happening from early morning until late evening. Weekend workshops will continue to pop up on the schedule along with regular charity yoga classes designed to give back to the local community.
Open seven days a week, Hot Yoga Sheffield’s two studios located on Commonside and (soon to be) Edgedale Road, offer over 60 classes a week – including beginners, hot hatha, hot vinyasa and hot yin. Led by a passionate team of experienced yoga teachers, students feel supported and encouraged, whatever their experience level.
Everyone is welcome to sample a fun day of yoga and experience the new Hot Yoga Sheffield Edgedale at the Grand Opening on Saturday 11 March from 10am to 4pm. Hoping to be a great opportunity to meet the teachers and fellow students, try free classes and vegan food. Plus, you can sign up for the New Starter Special – 30 days of unlimited yoga at both HYS studios – for the special one-day-only price of £27.
