Yep you heard right – IT’S BACK! Bongo’s Bingo returns to Sheffield’s O2 Academy on Wednesday 20th September, AND every Wednesday throughout October. Result.
The phenomenon has taken the nation by storm – After two and a half years of reforming the nightlife scenes near and far, Bongo’s Bingo will be back and better than ever on September 20th with a host of fun nights taking over the O2 Academy every Wednesday that are absolutely going to brighten even the dullest of days.
Rather than hitting the usual bars, sipping the same cocktails, surrounded by all the same people and listening to the same music, these events inspire nostalgia, escapism and an all-round good time. Bongo’s Bingo will change the way you view nights out – think drinks, music, dancing, singing, comedy and bingo all rolled into one big ol’ knees-up.
With AMAZING prizes on offer (we’re talking everything from boxes of cereal to alcohol and £££), tables to dance on and minimal damage to purses and wallets, the event is a sure-fire way to dance, sing and laugh the mid-week slump away. It’s the perfect low-cost hump day treat which promises tonnes of fun.
Bongo’s, an initiative first thought up by Jonny Bongo and Joshua Burke, has grown massively in a short space of time. Travelling to Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, London, Liverpool and Sheffield, it’s not just the UK they have managed to conquer – Ibiza and Amsterdam, Australia and Dubai are on the list too!
