This Sunday will welcome the third edition of the popular Ball Street Deli, organised by The Kelham Island Community Alliance (KICA).
Past events have seen city favourites such as Beanies, Depot Bakery, Sheffield Brewery, Smith St. Coffee and Urban Pantry running stalls at the event. In addition to that, stalls from Sunshine Deli and The Grind Café will be present, along with artisan ice-cream, frozen yoghurt and a big summer meat, fish and vegetarian barbecue by Matt from The Bhaji Shop and The Old Workshop.
Ball St. Deli #3 will also host first-timers Mr. D’Arcys Drink Emporium, a mobile bar specialising in gin, prosecco and cocktails. Books on the Park will be alongside the foodies, joined by a selection of local makers selling a range of goods including customised sneakers, jewellery, art and water-colour prints.
You can also win prizes from local businesses including vouchers for life-drawing and clay art classes, a signed John Wilkinson print, Todd & Barlow haircut, a blow-dry at The Bunker at Krynkl, family day pass for the Kelham Island Industrial Museum, meal for 2 at The Grind Café and much more in The Big Raffle.
As always, KICA’s charity partner ASSIST (the asylum seekers support group) will have their own stall to provide information, answer questions and raise funds.
This month’s Ball St. Deli takes place on June 25th at 12-4pm on Ball Street Bridge, Kelham Island.
