Pretty Pretty Good are bringing Avalon Emerson back to Hope Works, alongside Or:la, Luca Lozano, Oceanic + more on Saturday 30th March.
Berlin based, US born producer Avalon Emerson has a hectic 2019, playing in the US, Australia and around Europe over March and April alone. Her breakthrough Whities release of 2016 and follow up EP last year showcase her clean, club ready and adventurously colourful sound. Her DJ sets are just as effective on the dance-floor as her production, with a versatile blend of breaks, house and pummelling techno.
She’s joined by former Exposed cover star Or:la, who also returns to Hope Works after her set with PPG last February. Her playful, energetic and focused DJing is exemplified in her now viral Boiler Room set. You can check out the textural, organic grooves on her latest release for Deep Sea Frequency. Berlin based Klasse Wrecks owner Luca Lozano also joins the bill, accompanied by Netherlands DJ / Producer Oceanic (check out his recent 150bpm guest mix for Ben UFO’s Rinse FM show here). Support comes from PPG’s Stevie Cox and Cycle resident Meridian R.
Tickets are available from £9 here.
