What are the benefits of full-body compression suits for weight loss?

  • Increased blood flow; working out in a full-body compression suit increases the amount of blood flow to your muscles. The increased blood flow provides more oxygen, meaning you will be less tired after the exercise. When you don’t feel tired after exercise, it increases your chances of exercising the following day. And, as you know, constant effective exercise is a sure way of losing weight.
  • Prevent injury
