The Sheffield Rainbow Laces tournament returns to Goals Sheffield on Saturday 17th September. The inclusive event, now in its third year, celebrates diversity in sport with a fun, competitive five-a-side tournament open to all teams, genders, sexual orientations and abilities. The event raises money for charity partner SAYiT, who support LGBTQ+ young people in Sheffield by offering practical advice, social events and parent and carer groups.

The popular event brings together sport and charity in an inclusive setting.

A limited number of team sign-ups are still available at £40 per team (over 16s only). This includes exclusive use of Goals Sheffield, a pair of Rainbow Laces and trophies and medals for winners, runners up, goalkeeper of the tournament, most valuable player, fair play, golden boot and the less-coveted wooden spoon.

Spectators are welcome to come along and enjoy the party atmosphere while showing their support for LGBTQ+ equality and inclusivity. With DJ Anna Kissed playing all the bangers and refreshments available, the 2022 Sheffield Rainbow Laces tournament promises to be a great day out for all.
