Looking to stay fit while under lockdown? Missing those gym sessions or need a bit of professional guidance to keep you on the right path? Sheffield-based group FSR Online Fitness are looking to solve that by home personal workout sessions that can be streamed via your laptop or TV.
Comprising of local, self-employed class instructors trying to work through this difficult period, there’s a wide selection on offer: home bootcamps, parent and child fitness sessions, yoga, dance fit classes, kettle bells and much more.
Personal trainer and body transformation coach Francis Sprenger had this to say about the project:
“The main aim of FSR online fitness is to motivate women and help them feel better mentally and physically. Our goal is to create the ‘Netflix of motivation’. Our fitness trainers have done home personal training and home workout programs for years, so the only difference now is that we are doing it through video call.”
“And don’t worry you don’t need to be tech savvy to do video calling; we will run you through every step of the way and you will see how easy and simple it is to do.”
They are offering a 28 -day free trial and £12 a month thereafter with no tie-ins. As mentioned above, the membership income will be used to keep self-employed trainers in work while gyms are closed and social distancing rules apply.
