Alongside the launch of Phlegm’s sculptural art exhibition this week, True North Brew Co has created a special ‘Giants’ stout in celebration of the event.

‘Mausoleum of the Giants’ opens on Friday 15 March at Eyewitness Works, the venue which was a long-held secret in Sheffield over the last few months. The renowned Sheffield-based artist, whose distinctive mural artwork you may have seen adorning various walls and buildings around the city centre, will be bringing some of his iconic characters to life in an immersive sculptural installation at the former city centre factory.

The 6% stout is available in the Waggon & Horses, the Riverside (Kelham Island), The Devonshire, The Broadfield and The York while stocks last. It’s an extremely limited edition beer, so nip down to the above boozers as soon as time allows to get a taste.

You can also use this handy map put together by True North which points to every piece of Phlegm artwork around the city. See what else is happening during Sheffield Beer Week here.

The opening weekend takes place on Friday 15 March from 6pm to 9pm, Saturday 16 March 11am – 6pm  and Sunday 17 March 11am – 5pm. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays, the show will then be open to the public Wednesday 20 March until Saturday 6 April 2019. Entry is free and first come first served. mausoleumofthegiants.co.uk. Image courtesy of Sheffield Beer Week.
