Ice Age: The Lost Kingdom is Europe’s first touring Ice Age inspired attraction. Catch it at Norfolk Heritage Park 18 May-2 June.
The impressive Ice Age-themed festivity boasts over 40 installations of animated life-sized beasts that will have moving parts, wide opening jaws and sound effects to help create an immersive prehistoric experience.
The experience aims to be educational for all the family, by allowing visitors to explore props and scenery mimicking the Ice Age period and wander amongst the extinct animals that roamed the Earth over 70,000 years ago.
There will be an excavation pit, mini cinema marquee showing an educational Ice Age documentary and virtual reality pods on site. And for anyone feeling a bit peckish there will be plenty of street food and drink options on offer.
Naz Kabir global event producer and marketing director at Weli Cultural Alliance, said: “We’re delighted to be visiting Sheffield as the second city on our tour. We were keen to develop a new, family friendly, concept that really pushed the boundaries of our technology, and this event will allow for a truly unique adventure.”
Tickets for the event are on offer until 28 April with code: EARLYBIRD20
