Brearley Bear’s Easter Egg Hunt for Little Eggsplorers is an interactive Easter trail that is coming to the city centre from 18 – 22 April.

Sheffield BID first introduced Brearley Bear last November for the Sheffield Christmas Trail. Following the success of his first appearance, Brearley Bear is returning to Sheff for an eggcellent Easter activity for all the family.

Brearley Bear is recruiting families from across Sheffield to aid him in hunting down seven giant eggs that have been hidden in various locations throughout the city. Families will have to work together to solve clues and puzzles given to lead them to the eggs. Each Little Eggsplorer that retrieves an egg will be awarded a special chocolate prize.

The event is free to take part in and is suitable for all ages. Diane Jarvis of Sheffield BID  said: “Brearley Bear’s Easter Egg Hunt for Little Eggsplorers encourages families to visit the city centre over Easter weekend and helps boost footfall for city centre businesses over the bank holiday. It’s an opportunity for shops, restaurants and other businesses to reach new customers and for the public to enjoy a day out in Sheffield city centre.”
