After racking up 30 million streams for their previous album, ‘Walk Dance Talk Sing’, Crazy P have sold-out headline gigs in Manchester and London as they prepare to tour new album ‘Age Of The Ego’.

On May 3rd, Walk Don’t Walk and K7 Records present ‘Age Of The Ego’ – the immaculately-crafted eighth album by dance-music-national-treasures Crazy P.

With support from Chic and Chaka Khan, plus shows for Bluedot, Festival No 6, Love International and Boiler Room in Bali, the Nottingham/Manchester band are in more demand than ever.

Fans of Fleetwood Mac, Peter Gabriel, Grace Jones, Arthur Russell, Jam Hammer, Prince and Bobby O will find much to like, but this is clearly modern music, where heavy club beats are layered-up with perfectly-placed arrangement, ace playing and stratospheric soundscapes.

Musically, Crazy P’s breadth of studio and writing experience shines brighter than ever, and ‘Age Of The Ego’ has their unmistakable stamp of quality, but is now augmented with a broader palate, and – like many – a feeling of upset with the state of the world.

In support of the new album, Crazy P are about to embark on a 15-date UK tour, coming to Sheffield The Foundry on the 7th May foundrysu.com
