Annual scarefest Celluloid Screams is back with another hair-raising collection of horror movies to get you in the mood over the Halloween period.
Now in its ninth year, the Sheffield horror film festival has prepared another selection of the best in new and classic horror – all to be shown over one frightful weekend!
Feature films this year are to include The Endless, a horror about two brothers dragged back to a new age cult, unique haunted house tale Borley Rectory, the UK premier of Creep 2, new release Tragedy Girls and a 30th anniversary screening of Hellraiser with a Q&A session to follow. Alongside the feature lengths, the festival will screen over 25 short films from up and coming directors.
Horror fans will also be treated to a special event with Inside No.9 creators Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton who will select three episodes to screen and take part in a Q&A afterwards.
Celluloid Screams 2017 takes place at Showroom Cinema 20–22 October. For the full line-up and ticket options, head to celluloidscreams.co.uk
