After a challenging year, guests will be able to return to the cinema to enjoy the fantastic big screen experience all in a Covid-19 safe environment. On arrival, cinema goers will have to follow the Test and Trace rules and the contact details of all visitors over the age of 16 will be taken.
There is a variety of films for visitors to watch. The Light will be showing the new Godzilla Vs Kong film and Peter Rabbit 2. There will also be a special 40th anniversary showing of Raiders of the Lost Ark. As well, guests can view the BAFTA and Oscar award-winning films, Sound of Metal and Nomadland.
The public can also look forward to watching A Quiet Place Part II, Black Widow, Fast & Furious 9, The Suicide Squad, and No Time to Die, all new films that will be screened at The Light later this year.
On reopening, all of The Light’s usual cinema snacks will be available to buy. The venue is also expanding their food menu. Handcrafted pizzas, including Vegan alternatives, will soon be sold as a post-film enjoyment.
