Sheffield Citu’s property development are building a new set of sustainable living spaces in the heart of Kelham Island.
‘Kelham Central’ as the project has been named, will consist of 113 new houses. These living spaces will be a mixture of apartments and houses all with large open public gardens.
The new development is taking the sustainable concept that was established for the Little Kelham build back in 2013, which has 200 low-carbon homes, offices, bars and restaurants.
The new properties are all being sustainably made at Citu’s Yorkshire factory. They will be made using a timber framed housing system, offering residents spacious open-plan spaces to create their forever homes in.
Alongside houses, Kelham Central will also include new bars, restaurants and offices spaces for residents to enjoy.
