Lockdown can be dull and monotonous, yet seeing the colour and creativity etched across the city musters a happier feeling. Particularly this year, the positivity that Sheffield’s street art radiates has really struck a chord with me, adding bursts of light into the darker days.
The art is symbolic to the city and constantly evolving; some murals have stood the test of time and become etched into the city’s culture, whilst others have popped up in the past year. Here is a guide to a mere handful of hundreds around the city worth checking out.
