Need something to do August bank holiday weekend? Abbeydale Picture House have got your covered. They’ll be screening one of the most iconic film trilogies of the 1980’s, the Back to the Future series.

Watch Marty McFly travel through time with Doc Brown, encountering his family tree and trying to set right, a time-altering course of events. Not to mention getting around in one of the most famous cars in cinema history, the modified DeLorean time machine.

Abbeydale Picture House is a 1920’s picture palace cinema and is a Grade II listed building, a real piece of Sheffield history. So what better setting to watch a trilogy focused on the past and not-so-distant future?

All 3 films will be screened in one day and one ticket will allow you to watch all 3 science-fiction features. There will be a 20 minute interval between each film so plenty of time to stretch your legs.

Tickets will be just £6 so it’s an absolute bargain for a whole day’s entertainment.

The Back to the Future trilogy screening will be held at Abbeydale Picture House on Sunday 26th August. Doors open 12pm. Back To The Future starts 1pm.
