A new independent cafe is set to open at Site Gallery in Sheffield city centre next month.
Opening in September, Kollective Coffee and Kitchen is a project put together by Hayley Glover, (former head chef at Thyme Cafe), Tom and Owen – all of whom used to work at the Grind Cafe in Kelham Island.
We’re reliably informed that the food is “locally sourced, globally inspired”. Hayley Glover told Exposed: “With a focus on colour, excitement and sustainability, expect an eclectic homemade menu of breakfast, lunch, cakes, booze and speciality coffee.”
Kollective opens at Site Gallery, 1-5 Brown Street in September.
