Jazz inspired uplifting acoustic melodies from new and evolving Sheffield/Huddersfield songwriting collaboration of Nicola Newman and Richard Smithers. Accompanied by sweet vocal harmonies and percussion from Yas and Errol.

20:45 – THE CUCKOO CLOCKS
Hypnotic swathes of West Coast psychedelia, country tinged soul with a nod to folk electronica.

SATURDAY 20 JULY
15:30 – 17:00 – ALL DAY DOGS BREAKFAST
All Day Dog’s Breakfast is a new solo project by Sheffield-based musician, songwriter and producer Michael Harding, aka The Only Michael.

17:00 – 18:30 – LISA MARIE GLOVER
Lisa writes about the amusing, the painful and the plain weird encounters that crop up in life. Throw in some groove driven, intricate acoustic guitar and clear as glass vocals and you have something tasty for the eardrums and the soul.

18:30 – 20:00 – WILL PADFIELD
Rotherham born singer songwriter and acoustic performer. Expect powerful vocals and frenzied rhythm guitar riffage. Don’t expect wistful acoustic love ballads.

20:00 – 21:30 – JAMES TAPLIN AND MICK HOLMES
Playing a mixture of blues-rock, roots and soul. From catchy originals and left-field covers being sung back with gusto.

SUNDAY 21 JULY

Gentle folk sounds with a slight edge, country with just a hint of blues.

18:00 – 20:00 – 20FT SQUID BLUES BAND
Up beat irreverent blues, mixing elements of the Chicago style with a broader take on the blues tradition. This is fast paced vibrant blues with eye-popping harmonica and intricate beats

20:00 – 21:00 – THE BEARCATS
Energetic female fronted Sheffield based rockabilly / blues/ country band play a mix of originals and covers.

21:00 – 22:00 – ASH GRAY AND THE BURNERS
Texas troubadour Ash Gray plays an eclectic mix of psychedelic country, folk and rock. Now based in Sheffield, Ash continues to tour with his current band ‘Ash Gray and the Burners’.
