Dub Pistols @ Yellow Arch Studios with Serial Killaz // 28th Jan // From £15.40
Returning from touring around the world Dub Pistols are back to grace Sheffield with a punk-rock roadshow worth waiting for. The years they’ve spend breaking the U.S piece by piece has paid off, turning them into simply one of the best live bands around. Having mixed with the likes of Limp Bizkit and Moby to name just a couple, this time the group is backed up by Serial Killaz and Deadbeat UK.
Blood Brothers @ The Lyceum // 28th Jan // From £23
Few musicals have ever managed to win the ‘Best Musical’ title at every major Awards but the moving tale of two brothers, separated at birth only to meet again having grown up on opposite sides of the tracks has left millions captivated. The show includes a beautiful score featuring Marilyn Monroe, Bright New Day and the heart-breaking Tell Me It’s Not True.
David O’Doherty @ The Leadmill // 27th Jan // £18
Armed with a teeny tiny keyboard and his remarkable wit, David brings us a killer solo show full of songs, laughs and killer sarcasm. What a legend.
