Inox Dine welcomes Cyrus Todiwala

Regular guest chef on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and co-host of television series The Incredible Spice Men, Cyrus Todiwala will be heading over to Inox Dine in February to collaborate with Master Chef Joe Berry, for an evening of Goan and Portuguese cuisine.

Following a range of appetisers, the main course centers around baby potato curry and special Goan style rice, decorated with diced lamb and grated coconut. The meal is finished off with a mouth-watering almond pistachio and semolina cake, complemented with cinnamon custard and vanilla ice-cream.

The whole evening not only includes this unique set menu, but interesting and entertaining stories about the history of Goan and Portuguese cuisine.
