Yellow Arch Studios // Saturday 9th December // £10

This launch party for the unique Tropical Pressure Festival – which celebrates the rich cultures of Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean on the cliffs of Cornwall – is being held by Sheffield’s two leading world music promoters. The huge line up of live music and DJs is sure to sweep you out of Yorkshire for the night.

BAL Fashions // Saturday 9th December // £6

One of the UK’s funkiest house duos release their debut album after 10 years in the game, with many more under their belts as DJs. They hit the new Exchange Street venue on their album launch tour which also goes through Fabric, Manchester’s Hidden, Leeds, Berlin and Bristol.

The Harley // Saturday 9th December // From £5

, Sweats told us all about their hot vibes of incense, bath-robes and glitter. If that doesn’t get your glands going then maybe NTS and Radio 1 resident Moxie will. After a killer first year of parties and releases on her On Loop label, Moxie Presents Volume Three is out now featuring Shanti Celeste and Throwing Shade and is firmly establishing her as one of 2017’s tastemakers


The Harley // Friday 15th December // £11/17

Breaks and bass promoters DLN bring Dutch selector Intergalactic Gary and his eclectic bag of timeless dance music to the intimate setting of the Harley. IG has been a truly underground pioneer for over 20 years, famed for his Parallax Corporation collaboration with IF in the 90s.
