White Christmas

STOS Theatre Company present the Sheffield premiere of Irving Berlin’s legendary White Christmas at the Lyceum from November 11 to 15.

And with a budget of more than £100,000 invested in the production, it will be one of the most expensive shows ever seen on the Lyceum stage.

Based on the timeless 1954 Hollywood movie classic, White Christmas is the story of two successful song and dance men, two beautiful singing sisters and their romantic and comic adventures as they stage a Broadway hit in a Vermont ski lodge.

The show features 17 Irving Berlin showstoppers, including Sisters, The Best things Happen While You’re Dancing, Count Your Blessings, I’ve Got My Love to Keep Me Warm, I Love a Piano, How Deep is the Ocean, Blue Skies and, of course, the most famous Christmas song of all time!
