Twisted Burger Company hits The Riverside
Yorkshire independent, Twisted Burger Company, are now serving from The Riverside.
Twisted Burger Company are taking over another Sheffield kitchen after huge success serving at The Harley on Glossop Road. From today they are also moving into The Riverside on Mowbray Street, meaning Sheffielders will now have two live music burger joints to choose from.
Twisted’s Brand Manager Charlotte Leaver explains, “we are supremely excited to start serving from The Riverside. In the past year Twisted has gone from strength to strength at The Harley; Sheffield can’t get enough of our burgers! As a true Yorkshire independent, it’s great to be expanding into another music venue in the city. The Riverside is an independent bar with a gorgeous beer garden right on the river and we can’t wait to be reaching new burger fans there soon."
And to launch the menu with a bang they will be offering half price burgers to anyone who visits The Riverside between 1st and 7th August. So take your pick there's plenty on the menu to choose from including the colossal Pig Daddy Kane (double beef patty, pulled pork, American cheese, Kraken BBQ sauce, chorizo & apple jam), and the Return of the Mac (double bacon patty, mac’n’cheese, pesto, Harley house relish). Vegetarians are treated with two veggie burgers, including the Drop Dead Double Stuffed Falaf-Hell Burger (double falafel patty, grilled aubergine, sweet chilli & lime sauce, red onion, minted sour cream) which was designed by Oli Sykes of Bring Me The Horizon and Drop Dead. Sides include the ever moreish Crack’n’Cheese (mac’n’cheese, bacon bits, diced jalapenos) and Asian Slaw (no mayo, just vibes).
TBC is not just about the burgers; the cutting edge playlist curated in collaboration with The Riverside will ensure you will leave with a new favourite song as well as a full belly. Showing that TBC burgers and great music go hand in hand, last weekend The Riverside offered a teaser, serving a simplified burger menu in the beer garden ready in takeaway boxes for on the go festival punters.
