The Robin Hoare Band + Charlie White

For nearly two decades Robin Hoare has been one of the leading contemporary voices of the Sheffield and now national blues scene. His innovative guitar work and topical, insightful songs mark him apart from the crowd. Fusing the blues, funk, jazz and rock his music was described by R2 Magazine as “dynamic”. His album “A Time and Place” received widespread praise in the national music press and radio. Graham Rhodes of bluesinthenorthwest.com described the Robin Hoare Band in performance as “spellbinding”.
 
Charlie White is one of Manchester’s most articulate blues based performers. A superb guitarist and talented writer, his music is an eclectic mix infused with improvisation. Charlie runs the Acoustic Stage at the Great British R&B Festival and is not to be missed.
