This year's Sharrow Lantern Carnival takes place this Sunday 3rd of April
For the few who don't already know, the Lantern Carnival is a popular annual event held on a Sunday in April – this year's theme is elements.
The plan is to meet at 7.30pm at Mount Pleasant Park and the procession should set off at 8pm, led by samba drummers.
Route: Vincent Road, Sharrow Lane, London Road, Lansdowne Estate and Cemetery Road.
Fiery finale with live music and dancing at Sheffield General Cemetery.
