Slava Snow Show set to storm into Sheffield

If you are pining for snow but you aren’t too keen on the country falling on its knees then head to the Lyceum this November for a winter wonder land experience where colour, glitz and glamour are at the forefront culminating in a magical experience.  Having already delighted crowds world-wide the award-winning Slava’s Snow Show is touring the UK and stopping in the city for four nights of electrifying entertainment for all the family.

Created by the crazy/celebrated  Russian performance artist Slava Polunin whose eccentric mind-set has been behind some weird and wonderful pieces. The Snow Show, first produced in the 90’s has been one of his most commercially successful.

Described as dreamlike the theatrical performance blends comedy and confetti like a shot of serotonin offering a heartfelt take on that dreaded white stuff which tends to disrupt our lives for a day or two every year.  The actors, some dressed as clowns, others monsters encourage crowd participation as they mingle within, covering those watching with a huge cobweb whilst coloured debris falls from the ceiling. This show will guarantee that you leave the theatre feeling elated.

The show runs from the 20th to 24th November. Tickets are available here starting from just £21! We’ve got a handful to give away this week, keep an eye on our Facebook and Twitter feeds for the chance to bag a pair.
