Red Bricks café opens (classic retro) doors

Offering a brand new, vintage café experience, Red Bricks joins the likes of Studio 60, The Shakespeare and The Milestone in the increasingly hip Shalesmoor district.

Jess Bower is the new owner of the café, situated within The Nichols Building’s Antiques, Art & Crafts Centre on Shalesmoor. Red Bricks will be an eclectic mix of Retro, Vintage and Contemporary designs, with lots of items for sale, including the very chairs you'll sit on!

Opening 20th September, expect to see the likes of Guinness Cupcakes, Foccacia Paninis, Indian influenced dishes and a variety of Teas and Coffees from around the world.

Creative input has come from many dealers at the Centre including Gordie at Source Photography, R&L Baines Books and Collectables and Kate at Barley Worn. The Red Bricks menu will include the fabulous Cupcakes & sweet nibbles created by Lucy from One for Luck. There’s also an opening event from 2-7pm on 24th September with free nibbles and cocktails.
