MCCARTNEYVELARDI – PIGGY-BACK & BIGGER BETTER

 
For the Bloc Billboards, the artists present two different works around themes of familiarity, seduction and the dream. Piggy-back is a digital collage of its namesake painting produced in 2010 and is an example of McCartney’s interest in the fairytale. Velardi presents Bigger Better, a seductive mantra amongst the commercial speech of economic markets and forecasts that are broadcast daily across the urban landscape.
