Lighting up Sheffield this September

Light Night is almost upon us and we’re getting more and more excited every day! They have such a great line up with even more acts just recently confirmed and it’s all set to be an amazing evening.

With a huge mix of games, workshops and performances, there’ll be so much to see and do that this is something you just wouldn’t want to miss. Some of the acts involved include Hype Dance offering open jam sessions in their studios, laughter yoga to stimulate the mind and body, Skull Pinata with Mexican inspired art, So Damn Kreative performing street dance in Barkers Pool and Rooted in Steel, an exhibition made by a group of local artists. There’s all this and more and when you get tired you can go relax in the Quiet Patch with Ruthie Ford’s giant oversized crochet pumpkins where you can sit and watch the nearby acts in comfort.

Taking place on Saturday 7th September, the city will be coming alive from 4pm and animating the city in a way that will give you the chance to see the city in a whole new light.
